The second Project: QueerLit has finished accepting submissions for this cycle. Congratulations to this year's winner.
Toni Amato is the editor of Supervillainz and a fine instructor in his own right. He runs a number of workshops in the Boston area which I highly recommend to all emerging writers.
Peggy Munson is my co-winner for the Project QueerLit prize, and her book Origami Striptease is beautifully intense. Seriously.
Sordid City Blues is a wonderful web comic, whose artist has graciously lended his talents to this site. It's approved by Scott McCloud.
Peganthyrus is a talented professional artist, admired by many, and I am privileged to know her.
If you liked Supervillainz, you'll love Choir Boy by Charlie Anders. She has written an amazing work here, about a young boy who just wants to be able to sing in the choir past puberty, but traipses all over the gender issues of everyone he knows in the process. How can something so simple be so worrying?
Suspect Thoughts Press handles all manner of subversive, and very enjoyable, writing.
Gendercrash is a great resource for writings and goings-on about Boston.
Venus Envy is another great example of day-to-day trans life done in a funny, poignant accessible format.
Kimeee Productions designed this website.
